HATHA
This classical form of Yoga focuses on holding poses for 3 to 10 breaths for a more intense isometric workout. In Hatha the body has time to really learn and settle into the asana as it makes fine adjustments which deepen the pose and intensify the experience. We rely on our breath to help keep us calm and relax while experiencing these powerful Hatha poses. Since Hatha is slower then Vinyasa in getting into the poses, it is appropriate for beginners as well as advanced practitioners.  See Schedule

HOT YOGA TO BARRE
This class will strengthen and sculpt muscles you never knew you had by combining Yoga, Pilates and Ballet Barre exercises. This hot class (90 degrees) allows the muscles and tendons to stretch more quickly increasing the range of motion of each joint resulting in deeper squats and stronger muscles. Appropriate for anyone who desires greater fitness with little or no yoga experience. See Schedule

PILATES TO BARRE
This class will combine fundamental ballet movements and pilates to create long, lean, and sculpted muscles while maintaining flexibility.  Come expecting to work muscles in ways that you never have before. Class is open to all levels with no ballet or pilates background necessary.  See Schedule

RESTORE & RENEW
This class is open to anyone seeking a well-rounded restorative movement class. Restore and Renew is an example of how active-yet-gentle yoga postures and flows are used to create the balance, flexibility, and strength needed to maintain or renew overall vitality, health and wellbeing.  See Schedule

YIN YOGA
Yin yoga helps bring balance to an active lifestyle. We relax into postures, soften the muscles and target the body’s connective tissues and joint mobility.  It is a healing, meditative, and slow-paced practice. Most poses are done seated or lying down and are held in stillness for three to five minutes. You will leave feeling refreshed, renewed, and restored. All levels welcome.  Non-heated practice.  See Schedule

CANDLELIGHT FLOW
Come enjoy a gentle, foundational yoga class in the warm glow of candlelight. Soft music and warming citrus scents will complete the ultimate TGIF experience. All level yogis are welcome!  See Schedule

HOT VINYASA FLOW | VINYASA POWER FLOW
Vinyasa focuses on the breath and the movement between the poses so there is a lot of action in this class. Each pose is an opportunity to push yourself to your edge and challenge your muscles and your mind, while at the same time using the breath to release any resistance and relax within. Vinyasa is not only a good workout for your body and mind, but also for your heart, training it to be with whatever sensations you are experiencing including the nearly 90-degree room for hot classes. Vinyasa is more than a fitness class, it is training for life on and off the mat. See Schedule

POWER FLOW
Power flow is for yogis looking for an energetic, invigorating, and strengthening practice. We will build internal heat by combining the breath with a full range of standing postures, twists, hip openers, back bends, and more. All levels welcome. Non-heated practice but come prepared to sweat! See Schedule

PITAIYO
Pitaiyo is a fusion of Pilates, Tai Chi, and Yoga.  PITAIYO puts all 3 disciplines together to increase your strength, alignment, flexibility, and balance of mind and body. See Schedule

PITAIYO POWER
Pitaiyo Power a highly physical and varied workout which includes anaerobic and plyometric elements. Power incorporates as many plyometric moves into the sweet 16 as possible. This class is intended for those looking to increase their athletic ability!  See Schedule

PITAIYO SIGNATURE
This Pitaiyo format is so much fun with a touch of super hard work. Once you feel comfortable yet still challenged in all areas of Beginner PITAIYO you are now ready for Signature.  PITAIYO.Signature is designed to advance body change, peace of mind and an “I am an athlete/rockstar spirit.”  See Schedule 

SENIORS BUILDING STRENGTH & BALANCE
Designed specifically for people over 55 years of age, this class targets strength and balance utilizing the ancient science of yoga movement and poses. If you are inflexible and are new to yoga and want to increase your confidence as you move throughout the world, this class is perfect for you. It is offered twice per week at a cost of $5 per class.  See Schedule

SENIOR STRETCH AND TONE
Seniors, join us for this fun and energetic chair class. In 45 minutes you will stretch, tone, and alternate between standing and seated poses to increase the heart rate. Enjoy heart openers, breath work, and head to toe stretching with the security of your chair!

YOUNG YOGIS
A fun, creative way to introduce your child to the wonderful world of yoga through song, games and crafts.  Children will develop mindful social-emotional skills while learning about body awareness and balance in this playful yoga practice. Young yogis is designed for children ages 3-10, parents and caregivers are invited to attend.  See Schedule

PARENT-CHILD YOGA
This is a beginner level Yoga class designed for both you and your child. Mixing classical yoga for you with imaginative yoga for your child (ie. animal poses and noises) guarantees you will both learn and have fun. The first 30 minutes is Yoga while the second half hour will be a drum circle, learning a Sanskrit symbol, or learning to cook a nutritional dish. Come after school and relax through Yoga with your child. Appropriate for all levels.  See Schedule
