Spring 2017 Yoga Class Schedule

The Yoga Foundation of Fredericksburg studio offers a mix of regular and heated yoga classes six days a week, 8 a.m.-8 p.m.  All classes are donation-based ($10 suggested donation). For yoga classes, bring your mat, water, and a towel or blanket–though no worries if you forget or don’t have any of these as we have plenty of extras. Reservations can be made online, but drop-ins are always welcome as well. Try to arrive 10-15 minutes early to allow yourself enough time to get settled in the class. Most classes are one hour.
